How much does it cost per minute for a private show?
The performer determines the prices between $1.49 and $5.99. You can check the performer's prices before you enter 1-on-1 show with your username and password.

How can I check my account balance?

How long can I use my account?
Your credits do not expire. They are valid indefinitely.

Performers won't do what I want during 1-on-1 show.
The performers determine the terms of the broadcast. Please tell them what you want on free chat and ask they will do it or not. If the performer agrees to something and then does not perform email us with your username and the name of the performer. We will investigate the complaint and, if warranted, issue a credit.

What happens, when the connection is interrupted during the chat?
The charges  will be stopped automatically. You are charged from the time you  start the chat until you were disconnected. There is no possibility, that you will  be charged after the disconnection. Our server watches over all the Video Chat hosts to assure they are still online with the visitors. If an interruption occurs, all charges are immediately stopped.

Our software works with Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Please uninstall your software, then download and install the newest version from http://www.chathostess.com/software/performer.exe. Please set the image compression to 66. Please set your video size to 320x240 with 24 bit color depth. If you still have problem please read the software manual in the performers area or contact us.

Can the visitors find out where I am?
No! All of the Video Chat hosts are absolutely anonymous.

What am I allowed to do and what not?
You can find the site rules in our password protected performer area.

How can I increase my success?
Be friendly to your guest, and they will stay longer and maybe come again. If visitors have any special wishes and even want more from you then you first planned, just adapt your price, and choose one that you think is more convenient for you.
